Agreement: By downloading, installing, or using SubTracker Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SubTracker Live (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Nocte Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

SubTracker Live is a subscription management app designed to help you track your subscriptions, manage recurring payments, receive renewal notifications, and monitor spending in real-time.

3. User Accounts

No user account or registration is required to use SubTracker Live. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Free and Pro Versions

SubTracker Live offers:

Free version: Track up to 3 subscriptions with basic features
SubTracker Live Pro: One-time purchase for unlimited subscriptions, live real-time spending counter, advanced notifications, and premium features

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Pricing is displayed in your local currency. All sales are final - refunds must be requested through Apple's refund process.

6. Privacy and Data

Your data is stored locally on your device only. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to SubTracker Live, including content, features, and trademarks, belong to Nocte Ventures Ltd. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SubTracker Live lawfully and not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the app for any unlawful purposes
Interfere with the app's normal operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to app systems

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

SubTracker Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nocte Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SubTracker Live. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro version, if any.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to SubTracker Live if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
